Return & Refund Policy

At FataFatDeliveries, your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the freshness and quality of every item we deliver. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for items that don't meet your expectations.

1. Our Freshness Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we cannot accept returns of products for a refund. However, we stand by our quality. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged (e.g., broken, leaking)
  • Spoiled or Stale (e.g., expired product)
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

We will replace the item for its value. No questions asked.

2. How to Report an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  1. Notify us while receiving the item from our delivery boy.
  2. Provide photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., a picture of the broken or wrong product).

Please have your Order Number ready.

3. The Process: Replacement

  • Replacement: We will deliver the correct/fresh item on your next scheduled order at no additional cost.

In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (for pre-paid orders) or as a cash refund (for COD orders upon next delivery).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Personal care products (once opened).
  • Any product that has been tampered with or opened by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Bank Transfer/UPI Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Cash Refunds (for COD): Will be delivered by our executive on your next order or as arranged.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not yet processed it for delivery.
  • Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it as the items have already been sourced and packed specifically for you.
