At FataFatDeliveries, we are committed to getting your fresh groceries to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our delivery process, areas, and timelines.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer our lightning-fast delivery service to the following areas:
- Rajouri City: All major and surrounding areas.
- Other Towns: Service is being expanded progressively. We will be delivering to Darhal also. Please contact us to confirm availability.
2. Delivery Timelines
We understand that freshness is paramount. Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Express Delivery (30 Minutes): Need groceries in a hurry? Select our 'Fatafast' option at checkout for a small additional fee (subject to location and order size).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen events.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message with your order number and the delivery executive's contact details. You can track your order in real-time by calling our customer support.
4. Shipping Costs (Delivery Fees)
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over ₹499.
- Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee of ₹30 is applied to orders below ₹499.
- Express Delivery Fee: Our 'Fatafast' service has a variable fee starting from ₹50, calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. How We Ensure Freshness
Your groceries are our priority. To ensure maximum freshness:
- Our delivery executives use insulated bags for temperature-sensitive items.
- We follow a "no-pre-packing" model; we pick and pack your order only after you place it.
6. What If You Are Not Available?
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you are unavailable, our delivery executive will attempt to call you. If unable to reach you, the order will be returned, and a re-delivery attempt will be made the next day (a small re-delivery fee may apply).
- For Prepaid orders, if you are unavailable, the order will be left with a neighbour or security guard at your residence (with your telephonic consent) or safely placed at your door. We are not liable for orders once delivered and a photo proof is captured.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in packing your order. However, if you receive:
- Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately when you received the item by calling +91-9145985880 or messaging us on WhatsApp with a photo of the item.
- We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost on your next delivery.
